Yappy Mule

  • 1 1/2 oz Yappy Dog Vodka
  • 2 1/2 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • Splash of lime juice
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

Yappiest Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz Yappy Dog Vodka 
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
 
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
 
  • 1 Jalapeño slice Pepper flakes
 
  • Splash of lime juice 

Muddle the jalapeño and red pepper flakes in the lime and simple syrup. Add vodka, grapefruit juice and ice. Pour.

Atocha Mojito

  • 1 1/2 oz Atocha Superior
  • 2 1/2 oz club soda

  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges

  • 8 fresh mint leaves 
  • 
2 tablespoons sugar

Muddle the spearmint first, then the lime. Add Atocha Superior, sugar and ice. Shake well and pour. Top with the club soda and stir. 

Atocha Madras

  • 1 1/2 oz Atocha Superior 
  • 2 oz cranberry juice 
  • 1 oz orange juice

Yappy Palmer

  • 1 1/2 oz Yappy Dog Limoncello 
  • 3 oz unsweet ice tea

Yappy Spitz-er

  • 1 1/2 oz Yappy Dog Limoncello
  • 3 oz club soda
  • 2 Basil leaves 
  • Splash of lime juice

Muddle the basil in the limoncello. Add lime juice and ice. Shake, then pour. Top with club soda and stir.
